we have an idea for the downstairs bathroom to be totally re-purposed, salvaged, shabby-utilitarian-chic. we love this sink and the look of this bathroom. there are so many places around here to get old cast iron farm sinks & we're hoping to find one like this, with a yellow base. this bathroom is too dark for our taste but love the old farm sink, and the light fixture, from SchoolHouse Electric & Supply Co., is sweet.
can't wait to check out this cool place, Grampa's Antique Kitchen!
we want our future utility/bathroom on the first floor to make super sense and it needs to be a lot of things in a small space. do we want to separate the laundry from the bathroom? or maybe we have the sink with the laundry and the toilet and shower are close but separated. we like this. there are endless ideas on www.houzz.com
